The company has also unveiled a 0% interest payment plan and trade-in options for its 20 Series line of kiosks. OpenTech Alliance Chairman and CEO, Robert Chiti, hopes these new options will make it easier for operators to respond to government mandates to limit person-to-person contact.
Accelerated orders of the INSOMNIAC 120 model kiosk are estimated to arrive in facilities within 4-6 weeks.* Compact and affordable, the 120 promises a small size and stellar performance. A member of the new generation of INSOMNIAC Kiosks, this modern indoor/outdoor model is weather-resistant and includes the latest in hardware components and cloud-based software. The 120 performs all pertinent self storage transactions, and allows customers to rent a unit, make a payment, sign a lease, purchase insurance, access support via remote screen control and more.
To further support operators facing financial uncertainty, OpenTech has introduced a new financing program. “Many operators have begun to limit capital expenditures to safeguard cash reserves,” stated Robert Chiti, “yet many are in dire need of self-service solutions that will allow them to remain operational. We are continuing to look for creative ways to not only help operators respond to today’s challenges, but also strengthen their organization for the future.” Under the new zero-interest payment plan, operators can purchase an INSOMNIAC 120 kiosk now, and pay over time. The plan requires $516 down and $242 a month for 22 months. Lifetime Protection services required.^
For operators who take advantage of this offer and want to upgrade to a different model kiosk, OpenTech has instated a trade-in program to assist with the upfront costs. Operators can trade in the INSOMNIAC 120 purchased under this program and receive 70 percent of original kiosk hardware costs towards the purchase of a 220, 720 or 920 model. These larger models offer added functionality not available on the 120, including the ability to dispense locks, accept cash payments, scan driver’s licenses and print receipts. Operators have 18 months from date of order agreement to take advantage of this offer.+
