For the past year they have been building up their remote call center in Dayton, OH, which now consists of over 10 full time Storage Counselors to better service customers in the East and Midwest and provide a valuable level of redundancy for the entire operation. In addition the company is now the only vendor in the industry to offer 24/7 service.
