PHOENIX, Arizona – August 23rd, 2011 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc. announced today that U-Store-It has installed INSOMNIAC kiosks at their first 25 Superstores. The self service kiosks allow consumers to rent units and make payments 24 hours a day. In addition, customers that have reserved a unit through U-Store-It’s website or sales center will soon be able to complete their reservation using the kiosk and immediately enter their unit without having to stop in the office.
“Since we started working with OpenTech in 2008 we have been impressed with the continued innovations they have made to their products and services. The price point of the new INSOMNIAC 100 model enabled us to add kiosks as a standard feature of our new Superstores and provide more convenience to our customers,” said Guy Middlebrooks, U-Store-It’s Director of Operations.
“It’s great to work with a progressive company like U-Store-It who is looking for new ways to improve the storage experience for their customers, and we’re excited that our kiosks are a part of their solution,” said Robert Chiti, CEO of OpenTech Alliance.
