Nope! While OpenNet is included in every SmartLock solution, you can buy OpenNet on its own just fine.
There’s a monthly fee for lifetime services when OpenNet is purchased as a standalone product. With this service, you’ll have unlimited access to our technical support team in case you need assistance.
You will need only one Edge Router per facility, but the number of Access Points will vary based on your facility needs. Access Points help to extend your internet to every corner of your facility, so you will at minimum need two or more.
Nope! That is completely up to you, though we do recommend it to our customers.
Yes! You can connect devices from any of your trusted partners to your wireless mesh network with no problem.
