PHOENIX, Arizona – September 29th, 2012 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc. released an updated version of its Self Storage Cloud service, OpenPortal v1.5. OpenPortal is a manager’s toolbox for configuring OpenTech products & services, maintaining facility content, viewing training guides & instructional videos, and generating real-time business intelligence. OpenPortal is a free service for OpenTech customers.

Enhancements on the 1.5 release include a dynamic “Copy To” feature that simplifies management of multi-facility content. A Live! Lead Tracking module allows managers to follow and document progress on rental prospects. The Cloud service offers the ability to request real-time assistance from the OpenTech Support Team. New modules include Customer Notification and additional reporting features in a fresh and easy to navigate interface.
