OpenTech Launches New Call Center Tool – ICARE About Quality

PHOENIX, Arizona – September 10th, 2014 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc. announced today, from the SSA Conference and Tradeshow in Las Vegas, the launch of their new internally developed call review and rating tool – ICARE About Quality. The investment made by OpenTech to develop this technology further demonstrates their commitment to being the BEST call center in the self storage industry.

ICARE, a free tool for all INSOMNIAC Live! customers, was designed to provide self storage managers and call center QA staff, Team Leaders and Self Storage Counselors themselves a simple way to listen to call recordings and provide valuable feedback about how calls are handled. Calls are rated based on the adherence to call flow and behavior of the Storage Counselor. The results of the ratings are used by OpenTech’s training department to tailor coaching sessions for individual Storage Counselors in order to help them rent more units and service tenants with the highest level of quality.
