The awards program, conducted by CareerBuilder (America’s largest online jobsite) and Republic Media (The Arizona Republic Newspaper), was designed to honor the best employers in Arizona that benefit employees. A total of 75 companies were selected based on a combination of overall satisfaction scores from an Employee Engagement Survey and evaluation from a third party questionnaire. Survey assessments encompassed topics related to HR programs, benefits, diversity, workplace-culture and employee satisfaction.
