The sporty new INSOMNIAC 700 provides storage owners with a sleek rental and payment machine perfect for existing facilities thanks to its flexible installation options, compact design and the ability to service the machine from the front. Similar in size and shape to the INSOMNIAC 500, it is closer to the INSOMNIAC 900 in terms of its legendary performance, selling ability, and security features.

Packed into the 700's small footprint is a 15" color touch screen display, digital signature pad, fingerprint scanner, full-sized 8.5" printer, lock dispenser, speaker phone, credit card scanner, bill acceptor, check reader and stereo speakers. The 700 also features a built-in video surveillance camera that can be plugged into a Digital Video Recording (DVR) system or analog video recorder (VCR) so facilities can record every kiosk visitor.

The INSOMNIAC 700 takes new rentals and payments, allows customers to update their account information, offers tenant insurance, gives virtual tours, prints leases and dispenses locks. The unit measures 32" high by 24" wide by 18" deep and can be installed thru-the-wall or free standing with optional mounting pedestal.

Containing the selling and security features of the 900, the 700 is simple to retrofit into existing facilities, easily relocated so owners could take it to college campuses and shopping centers, and best of all available at a low price.
