PHOENIX, Arizona – October 13th, 2011 – OpenTech Alliance, Inc., announced today that Storage Choice, a leading self storage operator with 4 facilities in the Dallas Fort Worth area and 6 in South Houston, is implementing OpenTech’s INSOMNIAC AssistantManager solution at several of their facilities.
The INSOMNIAC AssistantManager is an integrated solution that includes a self service kiosk and call center services. The call center services answer calls made to the facility and supports customers that call from the self service kiosk. OpenTech’s Storage Counselors that work in the call center support managers at the property as if they were on-site with them, allowing the manager to focus on the more critical tasks of dealing with prospects and customers face to face.
