INSOMNIAC Live! Agent

Job Description:
At OpenTech, the INSOMNIAC™ Live! Agent provides real-time support for customers using INSOMNIAC kiosks, as well as those utilizing the INSOMNIAC Live! sales and service option. Live! Agents provide consultative, solution-based sales services, as well as general service and technical support.

Experience:
The ideal candidate is driven to succeed and willing to step outside of the box, and move out of their comfort zone. You are personable, friendly and assertive (some might say you have a "thick skin") but you're never aggressive or pushy. Retail sales experience is a plus, but not necessary. Punctuality and schedule adherence are critical.

Required Qualities:
• Computer savvy
• Good typing skills and grammar
• Sales and/or service experience
• Assertive, confident, and able to sell a solution

• Detail oriented
Professional
• Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
• Able to follow an established sales process/flow

• Able to express empathy and extreme patience, even when dealing with an unhappy customer

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone

• Handle inbound service issues via phone
• Provide detailed documentation

• Provide real-time technical and remote support
