Diane M. Gibson
Owner - Cox's Armored Mini Storage Management, Inc.

Cox's Armored Mini Storage Management, Inc. manages commercial properties with a combined property value in excess of 20 million dollars. As owner, Ms. Gibson's priorities are to effectively manage all aspects of each individual property to meet the expectations of the owners and their perspective financial institutions. Ms. Gibson has a 19-year background in property management and accounting with various interrelated companies of a prominent developer in the Phoenix area. Ms. Gibson has been actively involved in the management of numerous shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and mini-storage facilities. Her involvement has varied from the recording of all day-to-day financial transactions to compiling monthly financial reports, working with tenants and service providers and managing all on-site aspects of each property. In February 2001, Ms. Gibson was appointed Secretary to the Executive Board of the Arizona Mini Storage Association.

RK began his self-storage career in 1985, converting incubator space to self-storage use. He then joined National Self Storage and while there was a Partner in Self Storage Mortgage Corp His self-storage financings total in excess of $200 million. After his finance career, RK joined the Amsdell Companies where RK was responsible for the acquisition and integration of more than $125 million in self-storage properties. Since that time, RK has worked and consulted on behalf of clients and employers, analyzing, acquiring, developing and integrating a wide variety of self-storage projects. During his career, RK has underwritten over three billion dollars in self-storage transactions. He estimates he has reviewed over 8,000 sites, analyzed 400 million square feet of storage space and personally seen more than 480,000 roll up doors!

RK is now the President of Coast-To-Coast Storage, offering feasibility studies, site selection, financing, management consulting, marketing and technology repositioning of older first generation facilities to compete with state-of-the-art stores. Coast-To-Coast has taken the initiative to expand the self-storage world to include mobile storage, RV/Boat Storage and Condominiums, records management and store-within-a-store profit centers. Raymond E. McRae

Storage Solutions manages over 40 self-storage facilities in the Phoenix area. Prior to Storage Solutions, Mr. McRae worked at U-Haul Moving and Storage from 1983 through 1998. Other prior roles include President of U-Haul Company of Chicago Metroplex and President and Owner of REKOM Systems, Inc. Mr. McRae holds a Certificate of Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix, a Certificate of Retail Management from Indiana University Northwest, an Arizona Real Estate License, and is a member of the SSA and AMSA.

Carol Shipley is President of United Stor-All Management LLC, which operates more than forty self-storage facilities for partner company United Stor-All Centers and for third-party owners. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Storage-USA, one of the premier self-storage companies in North America.
